Plant Care Technician

As a Plant Care Technician, you'll care for beautiful plants in a variety of settings, from offices and restaurants to retail stores. Experience in plant care is a plus, but a love of plants and people and a strong work ethic and entrepreneurial mindset are essential. Ladder use and ability to carry 40 pounds. 

Retail Shop Associate

You'll cultivate a welcoming atmosphere for our customers, provide expert plant advice, and contribute to the overall success of our thriving plant shop. Shopkeepers have the opportunity to develop merchandising and styling skills, hone their plant matching skills, and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment. Experience in retail sales, a passion for plants, and an entrepreneurial mindset are a must. Plant care at select businesses, ladder use, and the ability to carry 40 pounds are also required. 

Operations Lead

Looking for a highly organized, design-forward, and plant-savvy Operations Lead to join our team with an entrepreneurial and results-oriented mindset. In this multifaceted role, you'll oversee all aspects of our business operations, including retail sales, plant service for businesses, design, staff management, and customer service. You'll play a key role in growing our business by developing and implementing new strategies, enhancing customer experiences, and fostering a positive and productive work environment with our team.
